By using RedFlagLease ("the Service") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service is operated by RedFlagLease; contact us via the contact page.

RedFlagLease is an automated information tool. It is not a law firm, it does not provide legal advice, and using it does not create an attorney-client relationship. Reports are generated by AI and may be incomplete, outdated or wrong. Laws differ by location and change over time.

Do not rely on a report as a substitute for advice from a licensed attorney or a local tenant organization, particularly for disputes, evictions or deadlines.

The free scan shows a summary count of flagged clauses and one example. The full report is a one-time payment of $14.99 per lease, processed by Stripe. There is no subscription and no account. Prices may change for future purchases.

Because the report is delivered immediately, purchases are non-refundable, except that if we fail to generate your report we will refund the payment in full. Contact us through the contact page.

You confirm you have the right to upload the documents you submit. You give us permission to process them, including by a third-party AI provider, solely to provide the Service as described in our Privacy Policy. Lease text is deleted after 30 days.

Do not misuse the Service: no automated scraping, attempts to overload or break it, or uploading unlawful content. We may rate-limit or block abusive use.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RedFlagLease is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your reliance on a report. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the report concerned.

We may update these terms; continued use after a change means you accept it.
