What it adds

tenant_law — verified rules for your state: deposit limits and return deadlines, late fees, landlord entry, notice periods and clauses courts won't enforce, each with its citation.
check_lease — the same free red-flag scan as on our home page: counts of high/medium/low issues and an example, plus a link to the full report ($14.99) if you want every clause explained.

Add it to Claude

Open Claude → Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector.
Name it “RedFlagLease” and paste the URL above. No authentication.
In a chat, ask: “Check my lease for red flags, I'm in California” and paste the lease text.

Add it to ChatGPT
